Employee Training and Development: Live Learning and On-site Training

Our Live Learning program simplifies the delivery of highly productive online learning anywhere, anytime:

  • We deliver courses remotely through Cisco Webex, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams with a live instructor. Our instructors tailor each training session for your organization and employees.
  • We teach classes on the customer’s site to ensure maximum relevance. The trainer may request temporary access and Active Directory credentials to prepare and deliver the course.
  • We record every course so you can use it later and provide handouts to attendees at the end of class.
  • A maximum of 50 students per class is recommended, assuming the platform license agreement supports that number. Customers can, however, bring as many people as they like to class. Our goal is to teach your entire organization at once.
  • In addition to English, our instructors can teach courses in other languages.

If you prefer, our certified instructors can travel to your location and deliver on-site training in-person to your employees. Students tend to be more engaged with in person training, resulting in better knowledge retention and results. Since every learner is different, On-site Training allows instructors and students to have one-on-one conversations if more explanation is needed.

Our Train-the-Trainer Program provides customized support for your organization’s trainers, including professional trainers and those leading training projects.

Our Learning Management System automatically bookmarks your location as you progress through your lesson. If you step away or divide your learning into smaller increments, you can pick up where you left off.

Using our subscription-based Microlearning Library, everyone in your organization can access training anytime, anywhere. You can choose from a selection of training videos to meet the needs of your employees.

The Microlearning Library allows learners to fill in gaps with short, on-demand videos. Team members can learn new skills, refresh on specific tasks, or get tool updates.

With microlearning, you can access just the content you need with our subscription-based training model. Depending on your organization’s needs, you can choose one video library or several and extend your training initiatives without adding staff or increasing travel costs.
