Meeting Center: Providing Level 1 Support is intended for the technical professional who will be providing Tier 1 Technical Support to WebEx users with Meeting Center. During the course students will learn about the questions and issues the typical end users have and how to easily solve them. When an issue needs to be escalated to the WebEx team, the escalation process will be discussed. At the end of the session reference materials and resources will be provided.
By the end of this session, students will be able to recognize the difference between user error and technical issues in order to provide Tier 1 level support. Along with learning shortcut and best practices in using the WebEx Meeting Center features.
